"Hello, I let an idiot friend tune up my bike. The boy messed up my spark plugs he put lube at the top of the plugs. I had to bring it to your shop to find out what the problem was. Service found the problem in minutes. I am now a happy camper, my bike is my BABY. I will never let anyone work on my bike again, other than Cycle Nation. "These guys hooked me up. Had a flat 300 miles from home. Got a good tip from a auto parts store guy who called a friend. Got me the phone number, this got me the hook up... It all started off with Lance. He not only got my tire on in a shorter time that is took to eat lunch but his guys in parts brought me out a section of tires. May I mention that Lance got me in touch with this great guy named Clyde. Get this Clyde Benefield is the man to know when you need cycle towing. CYCLE WORTHY TOWING 678-857-8611. This is not a flat bed made for a car. This is a beefy pick up with a gadget that lowers, pull the bike up on and lift it up. A really great way to tow you bike safely. This guy is a great guy with a great service, FOR LESS THAN A RISKY FLAT BED . Listen here, these guys treated me right. Towing, tire, speed, professional and PRICE. If CYCLE NATION treated a stranded rider, this great I can not imagine how good they will treat a return customer. If you are around exit 218 and need anything for your bike stop by and see the crew at CYCLE NATION. Cant say enough good about the way both of these businesses made a really bad day a lot better."

"i came in just this pass fri. I had no intentions of making a purchase. I was looking at Honda shadow bikes. the one i really liked was used but had a great price and mileage, but in order to get 0 down financing it wouldnt have worked without a down payment. i was getting a little discouraged with the bank. then they told me they would check another bank. well they would be able to put me in a new 2011 Honda Shadow without a down payment. i said where do i sign. the service was great william was really knowledgeable on the bikes and made the experience great. they had to take the bike to the back to check it out and make sure everything was ok i asked if it would be ok to have the bike delivered tom and that was no problem. i asked for mid afternoon. about 2 o'clock the next day i get a phone call im here. i was excited to have my new bike. THANK YOU CYCLE NATION MY EXPERIENCE WAS INCREDIBLE. i will be coming back for gear, parts and maybe even another bike!!!!! "

"I had spent hours over the course of a few years researching and looking at different bikes. I had a nightmare experience with Griffin Suzuki when I purchased my first bike so I was VERY careful when I was ready for my next purchase. Kept looking online and kept returning off and on to Cycle Nation of McDonough. Once I made the decision of what I wanted it was time to move forward. I had a great experience with Cycle Nation. Very relaxed, no pressure atmosphere. They have an excellent inventory to get a feel of a diverse variety of sport bikes and cruisers. My salesmen were Nate and Jordan. (Nate started with me and Jordan took over as Nate left. I was alarmed when my salesman I had established a sense of trust with left but Jordan was outstanding.) It was important to them that I got what I wanted not what they wanted me to have. They responded to emails and texts. Jordan brought my bike to me after it was put together from the crate! 2011 Yamaha Stryker (raven). Soooooo sweet. I also got a new lid. A beautiful Shoei helmet with awesome graphics that was on sale. It was perfect. They have a great selection of accessories. It's just a nice place to visit and look at rides regardless of whether you're on the brink to purchase like I was or just want to look at new and older model bikes. They also have a huge 4 wheeler, dirt bike, and side by side selection. They have rider events organized by the store as well. Well, it's the morning after my purchase. I have no remorse or worries for making the purchase, only excitement and the feeling that I FINALLY did it. Finally. :-) "

"I experienced a complete electrical shutdown. The service manager Buddy told me to bring it down right away. Cool.
When I got to the dealership, Buddy came right out and looked at the bike..he waved his magic wand, turned a bolt..and whalla...fixed!
I did not even have to unload the bike, and it was fixed in less than 5 minutes!! One of the best dealership visits I have ever experienced! Thank you for the great service...I plan on bringing all my business and telling my friends of the experience too!

"I've been riding bikes for 20 years, from dirt bikes to cruisers to liter sport bikes, so it never failed that when I went into several dealerships around Atlanta looking for a 2009 Ninja 250R the first thing a salesman did was try to push me off on a larger, more expensive sports bike. They kept claiming how I would never be satisfied with a 250 before they even heard what I wanted to use it for. Needless to say, not one of them got my business. However, this was not the case at Cycle Nation of McDonough. When I told Jeff what I was looking for and why, I believe the only question he really asked me about my selection was "Which color do you like?" The 2009's were no longer available and we worked out a great deal on a 2010 Ninja 250R. He was never pushy, answered all of my questions honestly (even later when I did ask him if an experienced rider would enjoy riding a 250). You could tell he wasn't just trying to tell me what I wanted to hear to make the sale, but was genuinely concerned that I got the bike I wanted, and that I had the right expectations of its performance before I decided. And I love the bike! It's the most fun I've had on a motorcycle in a long time. Jeff was genuine and personable and the service was excellent. I'll take great service over price anyday, and even though the price was great too, the service was absolutely top notch. You have a customer for life!"

"My husband and I came into Cycle Nation on 12/31/2009 and dealt with Bill and we were very pleased with the level of customer service we received. We originally talked to Bill numerous times over the phone trying to get a RZR deal worked out and the numbers just couldn't get to where we needed them to be, so we came in that afternoon and got two ATV's ('09 Suzuki LTZ 400 & '08 Suzuki LTZ 250) for less than the price of 1 Polaris RZR. We felt like Bill was being upfront and honest with us the entire time and he certainly went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied, which was a job because we are two of the most indecisive people in the world! He was knowledgeable, courteous and not pushy at all! I would highly recommend Cycle Nation to anyone and we will be loyal customers for many years to come. "

"I was in this dealer for a small, 49cc scooter. I know nothing about scooters, being a first time buyer, but I do know about good salespeople answering one's questions and beyond. Ray, Trent, and Mike (and another very dynamic, shorter person who pet my dog) where the nicest, most laid back and polite salespeople I have met, unlike others who are so pushy that will drive you out the door. Mike went the extra mile and delivered the scooter at my place, going out of his way home after hours. All information was provided, and I was able to see an assortment of colors and models. He told me over the phone what the price was for walk out and that remained consistent (which is less than I can say for other dealerships). Joey was a pleasure to work with on all of the final paperwork. He was very thorough and answered all of my questions.
