"I was in this dealer for a small, 49cc scooter. I know nothing about scooters, being a first time buyer, but I do know about good salespeople answering one's questions and beyond. Ray, Trent, and Mike (and another very dynamic, shorter person who pet my dog) where the nicest, most laid back and polite salespeople I have met, unlike others who are so pushy that will drive you out the door. Mike went the extra mile and delivered the scooter at my place, going out of his way home after hours. All information was provided, and I was able to see an assortment of colors and models. Definitely worth the visit to McDonough! Thank you, everyone!"

"Upon arriving at Outdoor Power Sports a salesman named David greeted us. We explained to him that we were beginner riders and were unsure of what our first purchase should be. "The staff at Outdoor Powersports made my experience a great one. Russ was very helpful with the finance process. There was no haggling over the price and it never changed. He told me over the phone what the price was for walk out and that remained consistent (which is less than I can say for other dealerships). Joey was a pleasure to work with on all of the final paperwork. He was very thorough and answered all of my questions. Jeff is still working with me to get all of the parts and accessories that I want for my bike. He took a lot of time to show me the variety of things that are offered. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. It was definately worth my drive from Loganville. I will continue to make that drive even for the accessories, parts and servicing. Thank you guys!"

"The dealer I purchased my bike from left me with such a rotten taste in my mouth that before coming to your service department I was seriously considering selling the bike and getting a different kind. Thanks to Valencia and Gabe in service for reminding me what a "Service Visit" is supposed to REALLY be like! They actually listened to my concerns and were very quick and polite, even though my problem was just ME needing to get used to the bike! "I want to thank Joey Holden for sticking with me on a motorcycle sale on Tues. June 7th,2005. He really did not have alot to go on with all these anonymous phone calls from me telling him that i was coming to purchase a 2005 Suzuki GSXR-1000. And when i did call him this morning to go ahead and have the paper work ready, he did exactly so and even had one put together on the same morning.
I would like to ask if you have any posters of streetbikes that i can get from you all, or even banners. If so, i would greatly appreciate it.
