When I got to the dealership, Buddy came right out and looked at the bike..he waved his magic wand, turned a bolt..and whalla...fixed!

"I've been riding bikes for 20 years, from dirt bikes to cruisers to liter sport bikes, so it never failed that when I went into several dealerships around Atlanta looking for a 2009 Ninja 250R the first thing a salesman did was try to push me off on a larger, more expensive sports bike. They kept claiming how I would never be satisfied with a 250 before they even heard what I wanted to use it for. Needless to say, not one of them got my business. However, this was not the case at Cycle Nation of McDonough. When I told Jeff what I was looking for and why, I believe the only question he really asked me about my selection was "Which color do you like?" The 2009's were no longer available and we worked out a great deal on a 2010 Ninja 250R. He was never pushy, answered all of my questions honestly (even later when I did ask him if an experienced rider would enjoy riding a 250). You could tell he wasn't just trying to tell me what I wanted to hear to make the sale, but was genuinely concerned that I got the bike I wanted, and that I had the right expectations of its performance before I decided. And I love the bike! It's the most fun I've had on a motorcycle in a long time. Jeff was genuine and personable and the service was excellent. I'll take great service over price anyday, and even though the price was great too, the service was absolutely top notch. You have a customer for life!"

"My husband and I came into Cycle Nation on 12/31/2009 and dealt with Bill and we were very pleased with the level of customer service we received. We originally talked to Bill numerous times over the phone trying to get a RZR deal worked out and the numbers just couldn't get to where we needed them to be, so we came in that afternoon and got two ATV's ('09 Suzuki LTZ 400 & '08 Suzuki LTZ 250) for less than the price of 1 Polaris RZR. We felt like Bill was being upfront and honest with us the entire time and he certainly went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied, which was a job because we are two of the most indecisive people in the world! He was knowledgeable, courteous and not pushy at all! I would highly recommend Cycle Nation to anyone and we will be loyal customers for many years to come. "

"I was in this dealer for a small, 49cc scooter. I know nothing about scooters, being a first time buyer, but I do know about good salespeople answering one's questions and beyond. Ray, Trent, and Mike (and another very dynamic, shorter person who pet my dog) where the nicest, most laid back and polite salespeople I have met, unlike others who are so pushy that will drive you out the door. Mike went the extra mile and delivered the scooter at my place, going out of his way home after hours. All information was provided, and I was able to see an assortment of colors and models. Definitely worth the visit to McDonough! Thank you, everyone!"

"The staff at Outdoor Powersports made my experience a great one. Russ was very helpful with the finance process. There was no haggling over the price and it never changed. He told me over the phone what the price was for walk out and that remained consistent (which is less than I can say for other dealerships). Joey was a pleasure to work with on all of the final paperwork. He was very thorough and answered all of my questions. Jeff is still working with me to get all of the parts and accessories that I want for my bike. He took a lot of time to show me the variety of things that are offered. "The dealer I purchased my bike from left me with such a rotten taste in my mouth that before coming to your service department I was seriously considering selling the bike and getting a different kind. "I want to thank Joey Holden for sticking with me on a motorcycle sale on Tues. June 7th,2005. He really did not have alot to go on with all these anonymous phone calls from me telling him that i was coming to purchase a 2005 Suzuki GSXR-1000.
